Terrible customer service . They refuse to give you money back expect you to pay 50$ to return 125!$ pony tail the drawstring was crooked , the comb was not sewn on properly the hair was stiff dry and shedding and has a plastic like texture . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The bundles that I received was quality hair but unfortunately my package was missing my 13×3 frontal Was really disappointed so I was not satisfied with the delivery.
Wefts were thick, but hair sheds a lot. :( Packaging was perfect and hair is soft.
Hair was of good quality, no smell, minimum shedding and hair was actual length. I will be purchasing again. Great hair for the price, held curls well, volume was great, minimum tangling.
