Q: How Do I Store My Wig?
A: The best way to store your wig is on a wig stand. Not only does it prevent your wig from tangling or flat before wearing, but also helps you to maintain styles and shapes. Ideally, it is better to store your wig in a clean, dry place, away from dust and sources of high heat or flame. If you do not have a wig stand, please turn your wig inside out and place it in a Silk bag or similar item.
Q: Can I Cut My Wig?
A: Of course! A little trim is usually hassle free. However, if you are considering restyling or thinning your wig, we highly recommend you take your wig to an experienced hairstylist who will advise you or do this for you
Q: Is It Human Hair, And Can Be Dyed?
A: All of our hair is 100% human hair, very soft, it feels as smooth as silk when touched by hand. Under proper care, the hair can last for more than one year. Generally, By correct dyeing techniques, can be dyed to #27 honey blonde color. And the better care you provide, the longer it will last for.
Q: Can I Customize Cap Size?

Q: Can I Curl This Hair?
A: Yes, it can be curled. It's always better to use a heat protection product before applying heat to the hair. We recommend temperature range 230 - 250°F. Please remember that even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high or not properly controlled.
Q: Do You Lighten/Bleach The Knots?
A: Yes. Our ready to wear wig products have been Pre - bleach knots and Pre - Pluck the hair line.
Q: Can I Sleep With My Wig?
A: Yes, it is possible to sleep in a wig or toupee, but it is important to note that they will wear out quicker. This is for two reasons. Firstly, the time of use will be almost double (worn for 24 hours a day rather than 12 hours every 24). The second reason is friction – the hair will rub on the pillow during sleep. Anyone who wishes to sleep in their wig, we suggest you use a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and allow the hair can move more smoothly on the pillow. If you own a long - haired wig, we suggest wearing the hair up to keep the hair from tangling during the night.
Q: Can I Swim With My Wig?
A: Even though we know that many of our clients don't follow this advise, we suggest not to swim with your wig on. There are two reasons for this: chlorinated and salt water damage and fade the hair (particularly in combination with exposure to the sun).

The hair is attached to the wig cap using a variety of techniques to achieve different looks. On most wigs, hair is attached in ‘wefts’. These are strips of hair doubled over and sewn closely together in long strands. Others are hand tied for the most natural movement. If you like to wear your hair swept away from your face, lace front wigs are the best option. If you like parting versatility, we recommend full lace wigs and 13x6 full lace wigs.

Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 15 days after you receive them.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
- On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
- Buyer ordered wrong hair（length, color, texture..etc), we can not get any messages about exchange before shipped out.
General Return Process
- Initiate a return: Please email us at service@lumierehairs.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted).
- Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charge
- The return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer, We advise you use USPS for your return. As China customs policy is strict, please write hair value less than $30 to avoid tax, if you write high hair resulting in high tariffs, you need to pay the tariffs yourself, thank you for your cooperation
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.

- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. Before the parcel is shipped out, you can cancel your order and we will refund full of your money.
